McGyver Dental - Bad service
So I need a root canal done. Tried calling them on 2 March, no response. Sent an email as I am in and out of meetings all day. Storm Faber sent me a date and time telling me they cannot keep the slot open. I rep**** within an hour to confirm and asked them to let me know if they have a cancellation earlier than that. Heard nothing back, phoned them today (4 March) just to followup. No booking was made. Asked to speak to Storm. She got defensive and didn't give me a chance to speak so I kept on asking her to give me a chance to speak - admittedly I raised my voice and she put the phone down in my ear. I phoned back and the other receptionist Helen told me that they were told by the Dentist that they should put the phone down in patients' ear if they scream at then (which made me think this happens often). I asked to speak to the Dentist (who was standing in front of her) and she said unfortunately the dentist does not speak to patients. (must be a very quiet consultation then).
Any who needless to say I told them I will not be booking an alternative slot with them.
I just find it very interesting that people are not customer focused any more - especially during these difficult time. Many have lost their jobs yet others take it for granted.
Reminder to McGyver Dental, patients keep your doors open and your mouths fed.
