Furniture not received and seller refuses to refun

We ordered a table and bench set from the seller via his online website. Paid ?564.99 via bank transfer. Seller reassured the furniture would be delivered before xmas before we placed the order. No item received and seller has refused the refund. He has not responded to emails, calls, texts. Very aggressive to my partner the one time he spoke to him on the phone and started swearing at him. Now logged with action ***** and citizens advice. Made contact with the furniture ombudsman for further advice and support.
