Mcgeers auto paarl does not want to return my funds.

<div>Very extremely dishonest company. I payed R150 000 rand deposit for a car that needed to be towed out of my yard the first day .after they fixed it the same day the engine light came on then after they fixed it the same day again the engine light came on.The car keeps giving different problems,and mcgeers does not respond to my emails they want the car back but does not want to give my deposit back.they also did not allow me to cancel on the first day as it is my right to do so.They just ignored me.I let ford inspect the car and they found a list of stuff making the car unsafe to drive to the value of R31 000 to repair.Toney at mcgeers always has stories and tells me ford is not correct but the guy working for him that does everything (jack of all trades) is right even tho he could not see any problem.The car shutters while driving,has a oil leak,disk brakes is bad,brake pads is bad,gear shifter is bad ect. Till this they they don't respond. I Wil never recommend anyone to buy a car there and Wil spread word as wide as I can on every platform until they decided to contact me to take the car and return my deposit.they **** about the car having a full service history as well as the car went for a mechanical check. I called dekra they said did the mechanical check and they said they only did n basic road worthy and safety check.Mcgeers better contact me come fetch their car and give my R150 000 back.... I have never in my life delt with people that is so manipulative and dishonest.i spend my life savings on a car that now stands in my yard with major faults.i have not once had a joyride in my new car the only time it drove since I got it was to a mechanic and back multiple times from day one.they keep assuring you everything is fine it's just something small but as soon as you get in the car something goes wrong. I received my my vehicle in the first day as well with an empty tank. I have proof of everything I am saying here. I just want to save the next person legal fees by giving you my experience.i hope you choose well.</div>
