Life endangered and poor service

What an unpleasant service I received from McGee Ford Groblersdal. My vehicle had a mechanical problem, towed it to the dealership and things got worse. No updates whatsoever. I always called in to ask how far they are with the repairs. I almost lost my life because of their poor service. No job card issued to see what parts were replaced or what job was done on my vehicle. The technician was over speeding "whilst claiming to test drive the vehicle they did nothing to" To this day I am still waiting for a job card on what they fixed. My service book was also left behind at the dealership, had to ask a family member to courier to me since they failed to deliver. I wish they can do better and treat customers well. To this day I am still waiting for the job card because my vehicle locked gears after their so called fixing which almost killed me.
