Horrible Service, They Will Ruin Your Car and Make You Pay!

Brought in my Mustang to get serviced at Ford Burgersfort and it was returned with a major issue. When I went back to have it rectified I was told they didn't have the facilities to assist me and that it would be my responsibility to tow my vehicle to another branch in Lydenburg and have it fixed. I contacted Ford head office with a complaint and they informed me that it was in fact not my responsibility to correct this issue. It has been days and I'm yet to receive an update on this matter or any accountability from Ford Burgersfort. I need to use my car and I cant until it is fixed!
