Natural rock pond- do not recommend Martin Grobler

Martin made key errors on my natural rock pond over five months in 2014. He did not fix it and refuses to refund me any of the ZAR20,585 I paid him and told me after five months, that 'I needed to understand that he had other clients and needed to look after his cashflow'. I would not recommend Martin. <br> o Once he had removed the existing rocks to replace them with new rocks, he did not assess the pond structure. He then failed to identify lateral cracks over five months - I identified most of the problems with the pond myself through photos
