Unprofessional customer service representatives

I had a horrible experience at this dealership

The first issue was as I entered I asked a rep for assistance he was extremely rude almost as if he did not want to assist me

I then went to the used car section to get a valuation done on my vehicle and look at a new vehicle. One of the reps said they would contact me regarding the valuation about two weeks ago, till today I have not received feedback

I also called that rep to follow up and to also explain how I was treated as I came into the dealership and the rudeness of the first rep I interacted with, he told me the manager will give me a courtesey call up to today two weeks later still nothing

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, the customer service is horrible.
