Zoliswa at Macdonald's Secunda made my day

Hi there I was assisted by Zoliswa at MacDonald drive through in Secunda this morning and was amazed by the excellence in her sales and customer service skills. Her voice reflected a welcoming kindness that made me feel right at home and absolutely good about my choice to eat at MacDonalds. Upselling additional products with ease...and marketing the MacDonald app in the same breath...she's boss...when I got the window to pay, she was beautiful and confident smelled amazing and took her time to explain information about how to obtain their App.and it's benefits this while having someone talking into her ear... excellent multitasking skills aswell...she's a gem.... She made my day and I told all my friends and spoke about it on tiktok aswell, cause when Zoliswa is on duty Secunda should have breakfast at Macdonald's 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟thank you Zoliswa and thank you Mac Donald's your investment in customer service and sales training is reaching us.
