Zero customer service and broken loyalty scheme

The new loyalty scheme at Mcdonalds sucks. I tried to redeem my 2 for 1 coupon at NuMetro that I got at McDonalds and it said 'voucher already authorized', so I had to pay full price. What's up with that? I logged this with McDonalds on the 7th August, heard nothing. Followed up on the 16th, got a response on the 20th asking for my phone number, to which I rep**** immediately. Followed up again on the 22nd, and still nothing. Horrible customer service, terrible loyalty scheme that doesn't work. I think you should stick to making chips and filth burgers - that's all you're good at.
