Zero Customer Service

Visited McDonald's Montague Gardens a month ago and had a bad experience at the restaurant while ordering my meal. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food. Numerous emails sent to McDonald's wrt the complaint, and still after a month, they have failed to contact me and address the matter.
