Zero customer service

I have visited the Sandton Gate branch drive thru on 4 occasion and on each visit I have not been greeted or even received any form of welcome. The prompting of any sort of acknowledgement has had to come from myself. Really poor show which shows total disregard for any form of customer service. On Saturday 18 February at 15h00 they had no milkshakes as they were “cleaning the machine”
