Zero customer care

I have lodged 2 complaints about McDonald's Menlyn Retail Park. I was called back by a lady that apologize, and offered me a refund. I asked if the refund could be delivered the next day to my offices, she then said "no problem". The following day came and went with no delivery. The same lady called at 16h30 as I was heading home for the day, apologized again and said that she will have the refund delivered today between 12h00 - 12h30. At 12h40 I call her asking what's up. She says she'll send the driver. I ask her if that is how they deal with complaints, she continues to speak over me, when I ask her "are you speaking over me", she answers with "YES", in shock I ask her "really?" she then hangs up on me!

Well done McDonald's on your HORRIFIC people s****s and manner in which you deal with complaints!!
