You’ve lost a long standing fan of your brand. Clean your store!

Absolutely disgusted with the sanitary conditions at Mc Donald’s in Plumstead. Upon arrival the queue to order had a few people with only 1 cashier serving. Half of the till was enclosed by Uber drivers waiting for orders to be delivered. We then decided to wait upstairs until our order was ready. Used the bathroom and there’s no toilet paper. The flush of the toilet is broken. Then men’s toilet reeked of Urine. So while biting into your burger that whiff hits you so hard you actually struggle to finish your meal. Besides that 2 Uber drivers sat in booths where paying customers are to supposed to sit and have theirs meals. I actually asked them to move somewhere else as they have not purchased anything to eat. They’re waiting on orders. There was a young lady whom sat next to us on her lunch break(mc Donald’s employee). I complained to my husband of the filth on the tables and asked him to get tissue and wet it in the bathroom to clean our table. And this young lady just continued to play on her phone. I understand she was on lunch but it wouldn’t have taken much away from her time to just wipe the table before we ate. Extremely unprofessional and untidy and unsanitary of Mc Donald’s. The Glass of the play area where my daughter played was stained with marks of kids playing before which doesn’t seemed to be cleaned regularly. Never experienced this unhygienic and unprofessional service before.
