Your stores are a mockery and you will be loosing lots of customers because of this

I'm utterly disgusted by your Promenade branch. I'm a mother of 2,i work 8-5 and get home at 6.30, so due to it being Ramadaan, and I get so late home, I ordered my family on the Mc Donald's at 5.26pm, hoping the food gets delivered to my family before I get home.. And to my surprise it came to 6.30 I'm home and no food..So I call the Mc delivery call center who got someone from the store to call me, they called me at 6:40 and apologized for the delay and explained there's one driver they just finishing one order and he will leave,and told me by 7pm my food will be delivered, and guess what! gets to 7:15 at this time I'm starting to get really upset so I call the store directly , and a lady answered, I asked how far my order is as it was to be delivered nearly 2hours ago and still nothing.. It's 7:35 and nothing so then it call extremely upset, I was told my order had to leave at 6.30 already, so I tell him I called thrice, and he politely which I truly do appreciate helped me and put me through to the manager, the manager then tells me it's a new driver they can't help it. He then tells me his going to cancel my order WHICH I CAN'T DO BECAUSE I PAID ONLINE, so he says let me call the call center and refund you, I was even asked why do I not fetch it lol, as I'm asking him if he has my number to call me back the phone goes off as he put the phone down. So then I leave them and wait for a call back some lady then calls me some what 10 mins later asking if they can cancel my order because the driver left, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Like wth man.. Now I have to take extra money out of my pocket to Uber to the mall to fetch cold food. I can't believe this I'm honestly disgusted and will NEVER EVER USE your store again!
