Your service SUCKS!!!!!

I am beyond disgusted with the service of Rivonia McDonalds.

This is the 4th time I have received an incorrect order. Usually I let it slide, but this time I refuse to let this one go.

Something as simple as a Mcflurry shouldn't be hard to get right.

Based on the previous order, they messed the following up and I made sure this evening that they had placed the correct order. To my disbelief they messed up my order again. I asked the gentleman to please rectify the situation and he did. (Online order)

We live 4km from this establishment and for them to take over a hour to put just caramel into my Mcflurry disgusts me. Furthermore, it was the same Mcflurry, based on how melted it is, as you can imagine if you leave ice cream unnatented for such a long period of time.

The service sucks, the drivers are terribly rude and I am sick and tired of taking this nonsense for such a basic service. I pride myself to be a nice person to everyone who comes my way and I have a great understanding in client satisfaction as I too work in an industry that is based on the following.

I expect a response and rectification- this can't keep going on and I can only Imagine that thousands of individuals go through the same troubles as I have with this branch time and time again.
