you need to do better

went there on 2 occasions this month. nov 1 and nov 9 Fleurdal Bloemfontein branch order# 1823 & 1887

on the first: i ordered 2 chicken meals, one spicy one regular: i got both regular when i checked upon arriving to my destination! on the 9th: big mac meal was over charged!!! the advertised price is 39.99 also, got cold fries, when i specifically asked for fresh fries. then had to wait in the parking lot for fresh fries and they come back half full.
