You guys suck

Mcdonalds Pretoria North has the worst service delivery. How can anyone run a business like that? Or is their maybe insufficient managerial s****s? Honestly, why are you guys so bad?

Firstly, almost every time I go there, obviously drive thru, they make me go and park in the parking lot because they are so slow! If you get there and think “wow, quite today”, think again, because all the customers are in the parking area, or as Mcdonalds will call it “the waiting area”. You have managed to ruin fast foods Mcdonalds.

Secondly, I’ve been there 4-5 times, over a two month period, and the coffee machine has been broken EVERY SINGLE TIME! Can I just ask a question right about now, How the hell is the coffe machine always broken, IN WINTER? Really bad business planning guys ... just saying...

Thirdly, most of your order taking staff is so rude ... today I had to listen to a shouting, “cash or card” ... like woman, please just calm down, I am getting my card to pay, I can’t get my food if I don’t pay!

And last but not least, the one that can really get my panties in a bunch, is when I order a freakin’ LARGE MEAL and my chips are the size of a MEDIUM MEAL, is it so HARD just to fill the box to the top? I hardly ever get a large meal, but when I do, you guys suck the joy out of that too.

Honestly, you’ve got to make changes. “I’m loving it” ... nope, not so much.
