You don't get what you order

On Sunday the 10th January at approx 18-45 we used the drive through. I ordered a grilled fold over with out Mayo. I order it like this because for some reason mayo does not sit well with my body. As usual I received it with mayo. This is maybe the 6th or 7th time. I have just had enough of your *********** lazy staff. I assume the fold overs are pre made and are either to lazy to make a fresh one, or the lady accepting orders is too illiterate to pass on an instruction. Really I have had enough of ordering something and not getting it. Yes I should double check because you don't do your job properly.... I check with the lady accepting my order and the guy at the window giving me my food.
