They first brought the food but then took so long to bring the beverages that the food had gotton cold. This is at the drive-true. When I asked that the replace and make me new hot food, the (manageress) told me that they will do it but that she cannot promise me that they would not spit on it. I was floored I have never experienced such rudeness. Needless to say that when I got the new (now probably spat on) food it all went into the bin. To contact Mac Donalds customer service is a waist of time and money. You will just receive a standard apologie letter and next time they will **** on your buger. NEVER COMPLAIN AT MAC DONALDS UNLESS YOU LIKE EATING OTHER PEOPLES SPIT
