You are not McDelivery if you use third party delivery services

Ordered food via the McDonald's App and McDonald's Capricorn used an Uber service to deliver my food. I tried to communicate with the driver via SMS with no response, and I even called him 3 times. Every time I call, he declines my call. Needless to say, the driver canceled my order and I still haven't received my money back. I logged a complaint on the App as well, I have yet to receive a response.
