Yet again, the Observatory store messes up

A few weeks ago I discovered that the staff at the Observatory branch switch the delivery option off during the day so they do not have to accept orders.

When I spoke to the manager he rectified the issue and its been working ever since.

Today, I placed an order and received a delivery time of 13:15, its now 13:35 and i still have not received this order, no call from the store NOTHING!

I AM TRULY TIRED OF THE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THIS STORE, because theres always an issue, if its not they cant deliver because of the weather, they dont have enough staff, then they mess up the order, or the food arrives and it tastes old!
