Wrong toy

I ordered online on Saturday. I ordered a happy meal for my son and they brought me a toy for girls. And I couldn't get through when I called and I sent an email to customer service but I haven't received any feedback. My son has been asking when is he getting his toy back. on the online order I specified that I want a toy for a boy.
