Wrong Orders and the head office does not reply

I had a few issues with wrong orders a couple of weeks back, when contacting the head office via email, they just didnt bother to reply.<br> <br> We have a bit of a tradition of ordering the Ma****in meals as a Saturday breakfast but after wrong items, missing items and just being charged for stuff we didnt ask for over a 3 week period I thought forget it. I let the McDonalds head office in South Africa know that we have have experienced some really bad service and they have just not bothered to get back to us at all...
