Wrong orders again

So I went to McDonalds Waverley in Contonment ave this morning. Got a medium mcnugget meal fir my daughter en a sausage mc****en meal for me with a extra vanilla milkshake. Keyword here is MILKSHAKE. After waiting for ages, I got an old hashbrown and wat was surpose to be a milkshake turned out to be a cup of ice cream. I didn't want ice cream, I wanted milkshake. For a reason. What is wrong with these people, they always get the orders wrong.
