Wrong orders 80% of the time

The staff at this particular McDonald's do not pay attention to detail period. Unfortunately for me its the closest place to my house. This morning on my way to work I ordered coffee and a breakfast bun at the drive-through and again my order was wrong. Instead of a cappuccino I got a hot chocolate, I'm not sure what the problem at this particular place is but it seems they enjoy getting complaints and constantly hearing how slow they are. On a very busy day one can easily spend 10-15 minutes or more waiting at the drive through
