Wrong Orders

Me and my colleague bought food at McDonald's Braamfontein through Uber Eats. We bought the same meals which is BBQ Double Meal, the difference was that she bought a medium meal and I bought the Extra Large meal with an option of no ice in our drinks (we ordered on seperate apps). When our meals arrived, they were exactly the same, no difference whatsoever of a medium meal and an extra large meal and also our drinks had ice inside.
