Wrong order yet no apology what so ever

I ordered a Medium Mcfeast deluxe (takeaway)from McDonald @ Monument rd Kempton park,upon my arrival at home I took the first bite and I must say what a mistake it was of me to take a bite without inspecting my burger,to my suprise the Burger was very Hot(Chilie)which I never requested as I suffer from Ulcers and for obvious reasons that's why I can't eat Hot(chilies),so I decided to take the burger back with my car to McDonald ,upon me getting there I explained my story to the Cashier whom said to me that oh ja they must have put chilies on there but it is normal,I mean this ain't the first time eating a Mcfeast ,another lady took the burger back and made another one and gave me,no remorse was shown by the staff nor an apology,it is really disgusting with the level of treatment that one gets when suckers like them make a mistake,never again am I setting my feet in that unruly place
