Wrong order, twice

I went to McDonald's columbine avenue ,I ordered a spicy foldover and a mcfeast deluxe. I got a garlic foldover and a spicy mcfeast. When I went to rectify the problem they gave me a spicy foldover with no lettuce and mayo. And they did not change the mcfeast. This McDonald's is always giving me the worst service.
