Wrong order received

Terrible service provided by McDonald's edenvale and the Mr d app. I ordered 2 x triple chilli cheese burger meals and instead received 2 x double cheese burger meals. There is more than R60 difference in what I paid for and what I received. I have lodged 3 complaints within the Mr d app but they offer me no joy. Can anyone get back to me regarding this this time?
