Wrong order received

I was really disappointed by the service I received from McDonalds honeyridge,on the 27/10/2020 I ordered six meals for about four hundred and thirteen rands.firstly my order took too long and secondly my order was done wrong,I ordered 4 medium drinks instead I received the small regular ones and I also ordered juice but there was no juice delivered instead cool drink was delivered,all the drinks I ordered were incorrect sizes,which means that I have paid more for the food I have ordered but received less.I tried phoning the store twice and my calls were not picked up until I ended up asking the people I bought food for to eat.I also sent an email but there was no response also.I honestly feel that the people that are doing orders that are being delivered to customers do not care about their customers.I did not even enjoy my food coz it too long and there orders were wrong,to think that I ordered from them instead of the one in northgate,their service really dissapointed me and I am never gonna order from them again
