Wrong order plus Sodawater instead of sprite

Last night's rainy weather got my sister and I craving McDonald's ans we decided to get the 4share pack to enjoy with my 4 year old. We bought the R175 (quarter pounder) and this was via drive through right...

We got home and found out that they gave us the Big Mac combo but we thought to ourselves, it's still food let's dig in... well we dug in and ate...

My daughter had the coke and I had the cream soda, when my sister picked up her sprite drink it was aweful but she thought maybe it's because of the Jalapeño sauce. I tasted as well and yunk! It was not nice so because we had wrong order plus sprite drink that tasted like ****, we drove back to the restaurant to raise our issues...

Before we even finish raising our issues the teller confirmed that what we got waa soda water.

Rewind a month ago we bought Fanta orange drink and it tasted better than oros and a friend said McDonald's doesn't use real coca cola and last night we proved it.

Back to last night, the teller then called the manager (although she didn't say, we just assumed it's the manager)

After all the wrong order and soda water, all she could say was "so what do you want? and offered us ice cream in that wet and cold weather.

Can you imagine the petrol we spent to drive to McDonald's to buy the food and to return the drink and be offered ice cream?

The sprite she gave us also didn't taste 100% and I wonder what they mix to that soda water to make it taste a little bit like sprite.
