Wrong order ... order a breakfast meal with oranje juice but they sent me coffee

I ordered via uber eats. I order meal and chose a juice instead o coffee. I sent the driver back with the coffee and immediately called them. Philiswa answered advised that this meal only comes with a coffee now mu confusion was uber eats gave e an option. So I then requested her send the driver back with the juice. She said the driver wont be able to because he doesn't remember the direction yet I'm at a company down the road. I was puzzled. She then said she will go and look for the driver. This was around 9.15.. Around 2pm I called back she told me the driver ws here 3times and now she is shouting at me telling me they will not be delivering my juice, she never called me back to let me know the driver was coming or any feedback for that matter. I even asked her is this how you treat your customers, I always order at BP north MC D because its closer to my work place but the service I received today was not terrible and I am very angry that I never go to enjoy my breakfast that I order with my money.
