Wrong order - as usual

I don't know why I bother with Mcdonalds anymore! I order and pay for a medium chicken big mac meal for delivery. What do I get? Med fries, med Coke Zero and a plain junior chicken burger?! Is there a way to contact or complain from the app? No. Can't get through to the call center either. I have sent an email - which will probably be responded to in 2 days time - if ever. When you go to the drive thru - they ALWAYS make you pull forward/park - so that the camera doesn't see you waiting - then you wait for anything from 5-20 minutes (yes - I waited for 20 minutes for a junior cheese burger and a cappuccino) every time I order a cappuccino with a shot of hazelnut - it is left out - and heaven save me if I ask them about it. I'm really fed up with how bad Mcdonalds service has become. Fed up!
