Wrong order and pathetic service

I ordered a 2 chillicheese Double meals with Uber eats from McDonald's Redhill via the app, only to receive 2 plain squashed up cheese burgers. The amount was much more than what it usually costs which is understandable, but to receive the wrong order and to pay more on top of it. Very unacceptable! I tried calling the Store multiple times and no one is even answering the phone. I did not receive my monies worth. Mcdonalds Better deal with this!
