Wrong Order and no response from head office

This is the most unprofessional experience I've been put through, I don't like Big Mac and I was given a wrong order instead of Cajun chicken I got Big Mac. I sent an email to the head office on the 18th evening and phoned on the 19th to verify if the email I used is correct and they said I'll get a response in 24hrs, today it's the 22nd ?no response.... It's annoying!!!
