Wrong order and Missing items MCDONALD'S BRACKENHURST

I'm so annoyed and appalled.. I ordered 2 meals for my children a McDouble small meal and chilli cheese double meal. First the driver was very late. On top of that the McDouble had no small fries, they did not bring them and they gave us a a McDouble with 1 patty only.

The Chilli cheese double was not there instead they gave us a double jalapeño chicken meal.

I'm so appalled at the service also and the inconvenience of having hungry kids waiting long for a order and worse getting it wrong. Please DO NOT USE MCDONALD'S BRACKENHURST.
