Wrong order and Dishonesty

On 3 march 2021 I ordered a BOGO meal from MacDonald's Parktown using my uber eats app, the order arrived with only buns and nothing inside, I made a complaint from the app and sent pictures of the incomplete meal, I then received an email stating I would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days, Till today I have not received my refund. This is horrible service all round, can I have a refund !!
