Wrong order and bad customer service

I bought meals then for myself since im taking a break from beef i ordered my favourite tripple jalapeno regular meal. I got home and relaxed then as i was about to eat i see they gave me a very dry tripple beef cheese burger. I called the wonderboom McDonald to tell them , and by the way i live far from them but close to montana kolonnade mall. The manager, itumrleng was very apologetic and suggested i go to the kolonnade mall branch and get the jalapano birger i explained how this is an inconvenience because its raining and now i must drive out again but i asked he calls them first so that when i arrive they are expecting me. He called them and called me about 15min later to tell me that he spoke to the manager that side, Kgomotso who has since promised to get back to him, but he said i must go because the branches eork together in cases like this. I drove out, in the rain, in the dark, and when i arrived there i was welcomed by an unpleasant and obviously not interested kgomotso who told me she is trying to call Itumeleng because he was not supposed to tell me to come as she spoke to her boss who told her NO. No because if they give me a burger i paid for at wonderboom it will be like they are giving me for free. I didnt even want to argue with her i went in my car and called Itumeleng and told him what kgomotsos boss said and that im driving home. On my way home i got another call from Itumeleng telling me i need to go back again because he spoke to kgomotsos boss and he is shocked as he never said no. He actually never apparently got a call from Kgomotso. When i arrived there i asked for her again, and she took my slip and asked which one was an error i showed her and she took the beef and gave me the jalapeno. I am very upset i wasted my petrol, my time, my family had eaten their food i had to go up and down in the rain. Her attitude stinks too. Now when i fetched the food she was decent but when i came the first time? Mxm.
