Wrong order- AGAIN

I seem to have the same issue every single time I come to McDonald's Plumstead. If the service isnt tragic then it's horribly slow or they getting the order wrong. Today nothing different. We place our order. 3 nazo meals and a americano. So simple and entirely wrong. The way this McDonald's can get everything wrong blows my mind.
