Wrong Order

I ordered a regular big mac meal with a 500ml Orange Juice from McDonald's in Braamfontein, using the Mr D food app. However, I did not get my orange juice from McDonald's. What was delivered was coke, not orange juice. When I asked the driver to return the coke and ask for orange juice (which costs more and I paid for it), he was sent back because they couldn't help him due to "load shedding". I would like a refund as I did not receive what I had ordered and I was charged for it
