Wrong order

So I went to McDonald’s & ordered a meal. I made sure to customise it to day no lettuce on. When they called my number to collect my meal , I asked them if there’s no lettuce on & they went back & forth asking the different people making the burgers whether or not there’s lettuce on. They ensured me that there’s no lettuce on without even double checking the burger. Once I got to my office & opened the burger. Guess what? There’s lettuce on. I tried taking the lettuce off & all the sauce came with it. I couldn’t take it back to get more sauce as I only get 30 minute break. This isn’t the first time McDonald’s does this. They always get orders wrong
