Wrong Order

<p>I went to McDonalds and I ordered a Grand Chicken and they gave me a McFeast. Totally wrong order.</p> <p>Then I was called to come get a free meal. No reference was given or person that I need to speak to. I mean I can't just rock up and ask for a free meal. I am happy they called but they only did half the work, I mean it is all about customer service. I really value customer service because the clients are the most important people to the business. You need to start valuing your clients. Really.</p>
