wrong order

<p>On the 27/06/16 I went to Pinetown McDonald's and ordered takeaway. When I got to the office I realized that they did my order wrong,I phoned their customer care and I was given a case number and was told the manager would get back to me. I then received an sms a couple of days later telling me that my case has been closed. Yet again I phoned the customer care to find out how was it closed when nobody ever contacted me and they said the manager said they spoke to me and is well. So not only does McDonald's employ staff that are *********** but they employ staff that lie. What kind of business is run buy lies and *********** staff</p>
