Wrong order

I ordered via Uber Eats at Mc Donald's Observatory. The order was a boerie mc ****in meal which comes with fries and juice. upon receiving it, I got a hashbrown instead on the fries, no sauce in the mc ****in and I specifically requested jalapeno sauce on it. I then called the branch and I spoke to Portia who she says the manager is not available to take my call and when I explained the reason for my call she rudely did not want to take ownership and she referred me to Uber. I told her I do not want to complain to Uber because they do not pack food at Mc Donald's or at any restaurant for that matter. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of customer services I have just received from Portia. I pay for what I want so I will not just take what I get from them. I called Uber and they say I must refer to the store as it is their mistake and when I call them back they are not picking up. I guess their handset shows who the caller is hence they are not picking up my call. My order number was #BA099
