WRONG ORDER

On Saturday pat 12pm I went to Mc Donalds in the Golden Acre and as i'm standing in the queue to be served next i went to a guy who staff members referred to as Mshwela (probably because he's short. I ordered my meal which included chicken nuggets with babaque sauce. The lady that was with a boy that was served by the same Lukhanyo guy was still waiting for her order and whenever sh asked why she still didn't receive her order the manager would rudely respond and say u must just wait. I got my order and went to go sit and when i noticed, the sauce he gave was sweet chilli and not barbaque and i ordered coke and cream soda for the meals and it was both cokes. I went and returned the sweet chilli sauce which I opened already and he aggressively grabbed in from my hand and without any apology he gave me the correct one. I have never felt so humiliated in my entire life and when I asked for the manager from the staff that was cleaning the floor they said he was the manager. He is utterly rude and *********** and i feel Mc Donald's should have manager's who are skilled, have customer services skills as it will jeopardize the brand very badly. He's attitude made me sick
