Wrong Order

Yesterday just after 16h00 I went to McDonald's N1 City drive thru and ordered two Mc Flurry's. One Caramel and one chocolate. Instead I was given two chocolates, upon realizing it I went back the drive thru and was given so much attitude by the lady on the last window. She argued with me that I was given my correct orders (as if I do not know the difference between caramel and chocolate). She actually made me feel stupid in front of my kids. Instead of apologizing she just exchanged it with no words. I really did not expect this kind of behavior from someone in the Customer Care industry and not hear giggles in the background, I trust that McDonalds will train it's staff on customer service.
