wrong order

I ordered from Mr.delivery kenilworth, for the first time,in this line of service you strive to give the customer the best so I ordered through Mr.D from mcdonalds kenilworth, the order came and when I checked it ,it was wrong, call my service provider who was Mr.delivery,they said that it can be a mistake from mcdonalds now this is unacceptable <br> 1.i ordered with you(Mr. D you are to ensure that the customers meal is right the first time.<br> 2.i am now having to wait almost 2hrs just to eat.<br> Nobody is compensating me for the inconvenience caused.really disappointed in mcdonalds
