Wrong order

The service was great except for the fact that the food I got is not what I ordered and it's certainly not what was on the slip... I orders a Big Mac and a big tasty yet they put two spicy cajun chickens and never added the jalapeño that I ordered yet I paid for it. Such has never happened to me especially at a McDonald so I was largely disappointed
