Wrong order

I decided to take my son out with my wife to McDonald's, Kuils River. I placed an order for just ice cream for my two boys as one was at home with friends and ordered both ice creams to be in cups...one vanilla (plain) and one a Sundae in a CUP!!!! Price was given at R18,90 and paid. On receiving my order...I saw the waitress bringing a cone...I stopped her and said but that is not what I ordered and want it in a cup and that the lady who took my order said it will cost me R2 extra which I agreed to. So, I said to the waitress that both Ice creams are in cups and and that the lady who took the order said it is R2 extra...confirmed by my wife, so she pulled her shoulders up...said, it says water?????????????? Seriously!!!!!!!!!!then she brings me a cup holder with the plain ice cream in a CUP!!!! With no chocolate sauce....urm! This is not the first time an order from McDonald's have been so *****ed up...SERIOUSLY! The service at McDonald's sucks and it is the last time I will ever buy from any McDonald's...

For me it is by listening to the customer and repeating back the order...none was done and as a person that have been in The Restaurant trade for over 14 years this is shocking!!!!!! It is the principal and think that service in the fast food industry general needs SERIOUS attention. I am very unhappy about the service and not an effort to ask a manager to come and speak to me about the terrible service I have received from the staff!

I will definitely tell my circle not to support the McDonald's in Kuils River.
