Wrong order

I am deeply disappointed in Mcdonalds, my favorite takeaway enterprise. Today me and my fiance bought 2x big mac meals, 1x cajun chicken meal and a kiddies meal in this order. So we specified that we want a cheeseburger for the kiddies meal, when we paid they got a chicken burger, the lady called the manager to have it changed, they changed it but when we got to the next window for our food we thought everything is correct. However, when we got home we discovered, they gave all the meals except for the kiddies meal, but they gave us a toy and juice so the chips and burger is missing. And we tried calling them but to no avail, their phones is off. We paid for a meal we did not get, and to add to it, there was no serviettes or sauces to accompany our meal. This is really unacceptable, i will no longer have my kiddies parties at mcdonalds because of this patetic service!
